from issue date)

l 10 Class Punchcard: $85
     (save $15; expires 4
     months from issue date)

l Barefoot! Kids' Class:

l Private lesson by

Cash or check only. No
  refunds for punchcard
  purchases.

Must have at least three
students to hold any class
(except private lessons).

canceled for weather or
other reasons, every effort
will be made to contact
students using provided
